The deal, in plain words.

These terms apply when you use the FirstUser website, ask for a free review, work with our agency or subscribe to the AI agent. By using any of them you agree to these terms.

You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure, give us a link to a product you own or are allowed to share, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

The review is free and carries no obligation. A person on our team looks at your product and emails you our opinion. It is advice based on what we see, not a promise of any result. We may decline to take an app on, and we do not have to give a review for every request.

If we offer to grow your app and you accept, the work, the price and how either of us can end it are set out in a separate agreement that we share before you pay anything. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

The agent is a monthly subscription. Your plan sets how many apps it covers and which platforms. Results are prepared with AI tools and checked by a person, and are usually delivered within 24 hours of a request.

Results show content formats and real public posts as examples. They are research to help you decide what to make. How your own content performs depends on many things we do not control.

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Dodo Payments, and tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Your plan renews each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time using the link in your payment receipt or by emailing friend@firstuser.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. If you believe a charge was a mistake, write to us and we will look at it.

We do not guarantee users, revenue, views or any other outcome. Example figures, charts and sample results on this website are illustrations, not forecasts for your product.

You keep all rights to your product. Anything you send us is used only to prepare the review, the agent's results and any work you ask us to do. See the privacy policy for how we handle your information.

• Do not submit products that are illegal, deceptive or built to harm people.
• Do not try to get around plan limits or to access another person's account or results.
• Do not resell the agent's results as a service of your own without asking us first.

FirstUser is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Apple or Google. Their names and logos belong to their owners. Posts shown in results belong to the people who made them.

We provide the service with reasonable care, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the issue arose.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update this page and its date when we do, and if a change is significant we will tell subscribers by email. Questions can be sent to friend@firstuser.com.
