What FirstUser collects when you ask for a review or use the agent, and what we do with it.

The short version

  • We collect your Google name and email, and the app links you send us.
  • We never see your Google password or your card number.
  • We don't sell your information or run ad trackers.
  • Email us and we delete your data.

  1. 01What we collect

    We collect only what we need to review your app, run the agent and bill a plan.

    • Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
    • Your app. The link you give us when you ask for a free review or add an app to the agent.
    • Your plan. If you subscribe, we receive the plan, its status and its renewal date from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card number.
    • Your messages. Anything you send us by email.

  2. 02How we use it

    • To review your product and email you the answer.
    • To prepare the agent's results and show them in your dashboard.
    • To switch your plan on, renew it and cancel it.
    • To reply when you write to us.

    We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise to you on other sites.

  3. 03Who helps us run the service

    A small number of companies process data for us so the service can work:

    • Google provides sign-in.
    • Supabase stores your account, the links you submit and your results.
    • Dodo Payments takes payment and handles your card details.
    • Our hosting provider serves this website.

    Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy and only to provide its part of the service.

  4. 04Public posts shown in results

    The agent's results include public posts from Instagram, X and LinkedIn, with their public numbers, as examples of a content format. We show them as they appear publicly and link to the original. If one of them is yours and you would like it removed from our results, email friend@firstuser.com.

  5. 05Cookies

    We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember where you were heading before you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

  6. 06How long we keep it

    We keep your details for as long as you have an account or we are working with you. Ask us to delete them and we will, apart from records we are required to keep, such as proof of payment.

  7. 07Your choices

    You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your account, at any time. Email friend@firstuser.com from the address on your account and a person will handle it.

  8. 08Changes to this policy

    If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top.
